WARRANTY, WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
The customer must keep the proof of purchase, since its presentation is necessary for any verification, exchange or refund.
All products are subject to the current Spanish warranty law, with a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects. Revestimientos Artegres, SL, is not responsible for the damages caused by the misuse of the products purchased or by the damages caused by the wear and tear of its use.
The client has 14 working days to exercise his right of withdrawal (return). This term is to desist, to communicate the intention of return of the product. Once this term has passed, if there is no notification, the money of any article will not be returned nor will it have the option of changes or refunds. Before this term expires, the amount will be returned provided that the product is returned under the same conditions of presentation (original packaging without damage or breakage, labeling and perfect condition) and in which it was delivered by our company. The client, however, will be responsible for the costs of returning the property.
The user must correctly follow the manufacturer's instructions and respect the minimum safety measures. Also, will not be subject to return that product that does not come in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, documentation and invoice in perfect condition. Please keep the original packaging for the duration of the product warranty period.
The return of products will always be borne by the customer. Only in the case that the return corresponds to manufacturing defects, or defects in the product, our company will assume the costs of resending the new material. In the event that the return corresponds to causes unrelated to this company, the costs incurred by the return will be borne by the buyer. If you have received a product that is not correct according to your order, once past the 14 business days, you will not have the possibility of payment or refund.
In case of defective product, the seller responds of the lack of conformity that is manifested within a period of two years from the delivery. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity as soon as he becomes aware of it. In the case of ceramics, if there is a defect, it MUST NOT BE PLACED, since once the material is placed, the client assumes that the product is in perfect condition and can not demand the return of the product.
The merchandise (especially the ceramic) must be checked before its placement to verify the absence of defects, since once placed the company is not responsible for the defects and can not claim to factory.
Before proceeding with the return of any product, please contact us by e-mail indicating the reason and a contact telephone number. The customer service department of our company will contact you as soon as possible.
The goods made according to the specifications of the buyer or clearly personalized are exempt from the right of withdrawal, can not be returned. All special pieces, skirting boards, steps ... manufactured exclusively on request for the customer, have no option to return.
To be accepted the return, the product must be returned in the same conditions of presentation (packaging, labeling and perfect condition). Open and broken boxes will not be accepted, without their original packaging. Until we receive the images of the order pending return, we can not process it.
Whenever you are within the return period, you should contact us and write us an email:
* Write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating in the "ORDER RETURN + NAME AND SURNAME OF THE ORDER". In the message you must enter your name, surname, ID number, order number, reason for the return and attach images of the status of the order.
We will send you an email confirming the final amount to be returned, minus shipping and return shipping costs, which are always paid by the customer. To this email they must respond confirming that they actually want to return their order + bank account number in case they have paid for this method.
When we receive the return confirmation from the customer, we will send you the documentation that must go with the order, to facilitate the return of the merchandise (return label in some cases). Please prepare the goods in the same conditions in which they were delivered and facilitate, as far as possible, their collection.
The deadline to accept a return will be a maximum of 14 calendar days, from the receipt of the goods. The cost of transportation, delivery and return, always borne by the customer.
The merchandise will be paid after the inspection and subsequent factory confirmation. The refund will be made in the same terms of payment in which the purchase was made.
